Writeshop Solar is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which you may return a product and receive a refund.

1. Right to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel your order if it is not already in transit or delivered.

To initiate a cancellation:

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, no damage and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable items:

Customized or made-to-order goods.
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

4. Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for:

Risk of loss or damage during return transit

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit without proof of return delivery.

5. Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift:

You will receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
A gift certificate will be issued once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original gift giver.
