At Writeshop Solar, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

1. Right to Cancel an Order

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or delivered.

2. Returns & Remedies for Defective Goods

Under DTI regulations, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if a product is found to be:

• Defective or damaged
• Not as advertised, described, or agreed upon
• Not suitable for its intended purpose

🔹 If due to manufacturer defect or our error, Writeshop Solar will shoulder all shipping and handling costs.
🔹 If the return is due to change of mind, the customer will cover return shipping costs.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned within 15 days from delivery.
• Item must be in its original packaging, with complete accessories/manuals, and in resellable condition (unless defective).

Non-returnable items (unless defective):

• Customized or made-to-order goods
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or expired
• Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene/health reasons
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and approved, we will process a refund, repair, or replacement.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
• Processing time: within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
• No fees will be charged for legitimate refunds.

5. Warranty Coverage

• Solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (5–12 years depending on product).
• Warranty claims will be honored in accordance with manufacturer terms and Philippine consumer laws.
• This Refund & Return Policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights under RA 7394.

6. Returning Goods

• Send returns to: 📦 Poblacion Bacon, Sorsogon, Philippines
• We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
• Refunds cannot be issued for items lost or damaged without proof of delivery.

7. Gifts

• If marked as a gift, you may receive gift credit equal to the return value.
• If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
